Every team and every company is unique and individual. For this reason, it is natural for us to adapt to you and your needs. We will work with you to create an event that suits you and your team.

For your perfect event, we have several modular basic building blocks that we can put together: Our escape rooms always form the basis. Here your team will play 1-2 of our exciting rooms and will be accompanied by one of our trainers or a trained game master. Of course, they won't play along, but will instead make targeted observations in the room without interfering in the game.

In addition to this basic module, there are three other modules that can be integrated into the event as desired:

The analysis- /
feedback discussion

Directly after the escape adventure there is a detailed joint reflection discussion. Here the collected observations are discussed, and reflected upon. Immediate reflection ensures that the learning effect occurs immediately and that relevant situations can still be reconstructed very well. The analysis meeting can of course also be implemented as a preparatory meeting.

Workshop

Workshops offer an excellent opportunity to work on learning content in greater depth and to anchor what has been experienced and observed more firmly in the group consciousness. Basically, workshops are offered either before or after the escape room. The workshops before the escape room serve as a targeted preparation and introduction to the topic. They are ideal for teams that want to train and test specific behaviors and team strategies. Among other things, we discuss in advance which aspects the team should pay attention to during the game, how roles can be distributed sensibly and which strategies enable the most efficient group performance. The workshops after the escape room provide an in-depth review, analysis and reflection of the team performance. Here, the events in the room can be discussed in detail and, based on this, sustainable improvements can be integrated into the team routine. In short: The workshops are the best way to coach teams comprehensively and individually. They offer your team the ideal opportunity to benefit from valuable experience in the long term.

Team challenges

In addition to the two other modules, there is the option to enhance the event with additional small team challenges or team games. Our team challenges have been developed by our lead trainer and social scientist specifically for working with groups and teams. Our catalog includes over 30 unique and exciting team challenges from which you can freely choose the right one for your team. Whether it's action, excitement, puzzles or simply a game where everyone can have a good laugh together - we have the right thing for you. And the best thing about it: All team challenges are based on clearly defined group dynamic principles and learning content. In this way, we ensure that, in addition to the fun factor, the team content relevant to you and your team is also conveyed.

Applicant Testing

This package is something very special – if not revolutionary. You have the opportunity to have applicants for your company complete an escape room together as part of the application process. The applicants are observed by our team coach and evaluated according to your specifications. This gives you valuable additional insights into the candidates. And the best thing about it: Your application process will be an absolute highlight for all applicants that they will talk about for a long time. Hint: Instead of during the process, you can also book this package at the end of the selection process to check whether the selected person really fits well into the new team!
