Every team and every company is unique and individual. For this reason, it is natural for us to adapt to you and your needs. We will work with you to create an event that suits you and your team.

For your perfect project, we have several modular basic building blocks that we can assemble together: The basis is always the escape rooms. Here your team will play 1-2 of our exciting rooms and will be accompanied by one of our trainers or a trained game master who will make targeted observations in the room without interfering in the game.

The analysis/
feedback discussion

Directly after the escape adventure there is a detailed joint reflection discussion. Here the collected observations are talked over, discussed and reflected upon. Immediate reflection ensures that the learning effect occurs immediately and that relevant situations can still be reconstructed very well. The analysis meeting can of course also be implemented as a preparatory meeting.

Workshop

Workshops offer an excellent opportunity to work on the learning content in greater depth and to anchor what has been experienced and observed more deeply in the group consciousness. Basically, workshops are offered either before the escape room or after the escape room. The workshops in front of the room serve as meticulous preparation and introduction to the topic and are perfect for teams that want to train and test certain behaviors and team strategies. Among other things, we discuss in advance which points the team should pay attention to during the game, which roles are distributed and how, and how the most efficient group performance is possible. The workshops after the rooms serve to provide a more in-depth review, analysis and reflection of the team performance. Here you can go into more detail about the events in the room and work on implementing significant and sustainable improvements into the team routine. In short: The workshops are the best way to coach teams comprehensively and individually and give your team the best opportunity to benefit from the valuable experiences in the long term.

Team challenges

In addition to the other two modules, there is also the option to enhance the event with additional small team challenges or team games. Our team challenges were developed by our lead trainer and social scientist specifically for working with groups and teams. Our catalog includes over 30 unique and exciting team challenges from which you can freely choose the one that suits your team. Whether it's action, excitement, puzzles, or simply something where everyone can laugh heartily together, we have the right thing in store for you. And the best thing about it: All team challenges have defined group dynamic backgrounds and learning content. In addition to the fun factor, we can also ensure that these program items also convey the team content that is important to you and your team.

Applicant Testing

This package is something very special, if not revolutionary. You have the opportunity to have applicants from your company complete an escape room together as part of the application process. The applicants are observed by our team coach and evaluated according to your specifications. This gives you further important insights into the candidates. And the most important aspect: your application process will be an absolute highlight for all applicants that they will talk about for a long time afterwards. Hint: Instead of as part of the process, you can also book this package at the end of the process to check whether the selected person really is a good fit for the new team!
